Case IH provides hands-on training to dealers throughout Africa and Europe

Case IH recently hosted a Practical Commercial Training Day attended by 26 dealers from various countries throughout Africa and Europe. The aim of the training day was to provide practical machinery experience to delegates on a wide range of Case IH equipment including the Axial-Flow combine harvester, Magnum 380 tractor, JX95 tractor, JX75T tractor, Quadtrac 500 tractor, Farmall 100JX tractor and various implements from the Case IH and NMI range.

The training provided to the dealers was aimed at educating them on the latest information, technology and updates on the Case IH equipment range, providing the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively communicate benefits, technological advancements and features of equipment to their customers. This in turn will benefit customers when deciding which agricultural machinery is most suitable for their farming businesses and applications.

The overall feedback from dealers on the day was that it provided them with the required knowledge to effectively communicate with customers about the equipment range and how it benefits their unique requirements. They are now also more capable of providing customers in their regions with professional and effective support and will help them in their quest to become experts on the Case IH Equipment range.

Case IH looks forward to continue providing training sessions like these in future to build dealers’ knowledge base and help deliver improved service to customers.
