Haymaking equipment is Falcon’s forte. Everyone who attended Balfour Hay Day could see that.
ZA-TS 4200 spreader

The Amazone ZA-TS 4200 spreader is technologically advanced and designed for precision spreading.
The highlight of Falcon’s demonstrations for the day was their flagship ZA-TS 4200 spreader. The spreader’s technology ensures that you spread precisely, and it automatically adjusts itself according to the environment.
Mauritz van der Heever, Regional Sales Manager for Falcon and Amazone in the Mpumalanga region, says that the spreader is available in three sizes: 2 200, 3 200 and 4 200 litres. The 2 200 and 4 200 litre spreaders can also be enlarged with extensions.
“The 4 200 litre spreader can be increased with an 800 litre extension, which then makes it a 5 000 litre with a load capacity of 4 500 kg,” explains Mauritz.
The ZA-TS series is a hydraulically driven and fully precision implement. The spreaders are also equipped with a wind control system that measures the wind from any direction and then makes the necessary adjustments to the spreading disc.
It is fitted with ArgusTwin technology: 14 cameras around the spreading disc determine the exit angle and then make adjustments themselves for the correct lateral distribution.
The ZA-TS series includes Amazone’s AutoTS boundary system that ensures precision spreading and eliminates waste.
These spreaders are guaranteed for 1 year as standard, with an extended warranty of 1 year, while the tank is guaranteed against perforation for 7 years.
F210T Tilt Flail Mower

With Falcon’s F210T Tilt Flail Mower you can mow on both downhill and uphill slopes.
The latest addition to Falcon’s mower range is the F210T Tilt Flail Mower which has a cutting width of 2,1 m.
“What makes the mower so unique, is that it has a hydraulic tilt function. This means it can mow on downhill slopes up to 65º as well as uphill vertical slopes,” explains Mauritz.
The F210T Tilt Flail Mower also has a hydraulic shift function which gives you the ability to mow up to 2,6 m from the centre of the tractor.
Mauritz says that the F210T Tilt Flail Mower is ideal for grazing, orchard maintenance, bush removal, clearing roads, waterways and dams as well as cutting maize and wheat residues.
It is equipped with blades and hammers depending on the use of the implement.
F80/180EV Haymaker®

The Falcon F80/180EV Haymaker®, which has been enlarged on the left side for a cleaner cut.
The F80/180EV Haymaker® from Falcon is 1,8 m wide, but is also available in a width of 1,5 m.
The EV stands for extended veldcutter because it has been enlarged on the left side by 300 mm. This change means that the Haymakeravoids a double cut to make a cleaner single cut and form a better windrow.
The F80-180 EV also has Falcon’s unique blade bar and two haymaker blades and an F80 gearbox that is locally manufactured and has a standard three-year warranty.
F30/350VT Haymaker®

With two F60 gearboxes and pick-up blades, the Falcon F30/350VT Haymaker® ensures that the first cut is perfect.
The F30/350VT Haymaker® is Falcon’s trailed model, as well as their largest and widest. The hay implement’s double spindle and two F60 gearboxes provide a cutting width of 3,5 m.
This implement also features Falcon’s unique blade bar and then two pick-up blades that form a vacuum to lift the material so that a cleaner single cut can be made, therefore a cleaner windrow is also formed.
With the latest height adjustment upgrade, it is now much easier to set your cutting height. The height adjustment enables the Haymakerto cut between 50 and 250 mm.
F2250 Bale Grab
Making hay bales is one thing, but moving them is another. Mauritz says you won’t find a better way to handle large bales than Falcon’s F2250 hydraulic bale grab.
With a height of 2,1 m between the lower and upper tines, the grab can grab three 750 kg round bales in one go. The F2250 has a load capacity of 2 250 kg and can be used on JCB, Wacker Neuson and various other telehandlers.
F750 Uniloader
When you need to handle masses of material, the Falcon F750 hydraulic Uniloader will do the job in no time.
The F750 Uniloader has a capacity of 750 kg and can lift to a height of 3,4 m. The implement comes with bale forks, a swivel hook and a mass bag cross.
