Since 1975, New Holland’s Twin Rotor™ harvesters have proven to be the undisputed market leaders in terms of power efficiency, capacity, grain & straw quality. Celebrating 50 years of continuous development & improvements of the CR harvesters features with the latest technology for superior power output, performance, capacity, grain and straw quality.

Within the New Holland CR Revelation combine range we offer a variety of combines tailored to your harvesting needs from the area that needs to be harvested, the header width required up to specific needs and the harvesting window you have available to get your precious crop from the field.

Top feeding performances

Material feeding is advanced with the Dynamic Feed Roll™ (DFR) which ensures constant material flow to the Twin Rotor™, effecting a power saving of 7 horsepower (5,2 kW), and a capacity increase of up to 10%. With the straight and even flow of material through the TwinPitch Rotors™, the cleaning surface is evenly loaded for optimal crop and material separation.

The Dynamic Feed Roll™ (DFR) ensures a linear speed adjustment between the working modules to process even green and wet material. This means farmers can harvest earlier in the morning and later in the evening. The deep cut paddles of the Dynamic Feed Roll™ (DFR) also serve as stone protection to protect the crop flow components.

The latest generation of harvest technology taking your harvest to the next level.

TwinPitch Rotor™

The TwinPitch Rotor™ system is designed for two important benefits:

The rotors high pitch beaters with the egg-shaped concaves opening allows sufficient clearance to give a crop-on-crop threshing action that is much softer than crop-on-concave threshing action. The design ensures an efficient threshing action, especially with high volume yields.

To ensure the best straw quality and fuel consumption, it is critically important that the crop should remain inside the harvester for the right time – that is why the CR harvesters are equipped with the shorter 2,64 m rotor design. With the combination of the TwinPitch Rotor™ and Dynamic Flow Control™ there is a significant saving on fuel and the best straw quality.

Best in class clean grain sample

The Opti-Clean™ cleaning system ensures optimal separation between clean grain and other material. It works within its own frame and can keep the system level even if the harvester tilts as much as 17 degrees, so the harvester is ideal for both level and uneven work surfaces.

Opti-Fan™ technology compensates for the effect of gravity on crop material. When the harvester harvests on an even level, the desired fan speed can be selected. Fan speed will also be automatically modulated when moving uphill or downhill.

The RotoThresh™ re-threshing system operates outside the main threshing area to ensure the maximum capacity for all crops. After the re-threshing process the threshed crop is ejected back onto the cleaning area with paddles and not into the main threshing area of the rotors which in return does not overload the main threshing or damages grain.

The superior cab

The harvester’s cab is ergonomically yet simply designed. All functions are easy to set up, with everything needed to stay in control and get the job done at the touch of a button – nothing more and nothing less.

Every adjustment or action required during the threshing process can be done quickly, while all the necessary information appears on the Intelliview IV™ monitor screen. From the cab, the operator has a clear 180-degree view of the material inflow to the harvester.

Automation

The Intellisense™ system from New Holland is the answer to the growing demand for modernisation. The Intellisense™ enables the harvester to proactively respond every 20 seconds, making adjustments from 280 million possible combinations. The Intellisense™ features the sieve load sensors, which works in combination with the Grain Cam™ to make necessary adjustments based on the calculated strategy.

The Intellisense™ harvester automation system provides unmatched operator convenience and increases harvesting performance by up to 20% during long working hours when operator concentration may not always be at 100%. While Intellisense™ handles the necessary adjustments, the operator can focus on material flow, turning at headlands, and unloading the grain tank.

NAMPO Cape 2025

Come visit the New Holland stands 71,72,73,76,77, and 78 at the Nampo Cape 2025 and expect to be amazed by the display of the monstrous Next Level CR10 Combine and the Braud 8.50L Compact Grape Harvester.

The CR10 Combine is a completely new architectural design to reduce the total cost of harvesting. The design is based on 4 specific pillars to provide a machine that is highly productive with the 635hp Cursor 13 engine that drives the 48” Twin Rotor™ threshing system The design also includes the Twin-Clean™ closed loop cleaning system the ensures exceptional grain quality and minimal losses.

The residue management system has been improved significantly with the IntelliSpread™ radar system that can provide an effective material spread up to 18m.

The 8.50L Compact Grape Harvester is fitted with the BRAUD features that you know, and trust have been refined and enhanced. Shaking Dynamic Control allows fine-tuning of the rod shaking action to suit the crop and conditions. The high-capacity Noria basket conveyor system – a hallmark of BRAUD machines since it was launched in 1979 – gives these machines all the capacity necessary to match the incoming crop load, but with the respect for the vines of a human picker.

Opti-Grape™ II combines finger rotors working over a mesh for complete destemming with a turbine-created airflow that creates an air cushion, for thorough removal of leaves, stem material and dried grapes. The result? Maximum yields of high-quality harvested fruit.
