New Holland’s T6000 tractor series is not a new addition to New Holland’s stable; however, changes and upgrades have been made over time, which brings us to where we are today.
The series consists of three levels of technology, namely DELTA, PLUS and CLASSIC, which range from 126 to 165 hp (93 to 121 kW).
DELTA series
The most economical DELTA series consists of the T6050 (126 hp/94 kW), which is available with ROPS or a cab. This series was upgraded in 2023 with a 16 x 16 Electro Command transmission. Shifting between gears is made easier, as users don’t have to push the clutch pedal. Because this tractor is often used for transporting grain wagons to the silo, this feature leads to less operator fatigue – and it results in lower maintenance costs.
PLUS series
The PLUS series consists of the T6070 (104 kW) cab tractor and has the same transmission as the DELTA series. However, this series is equipped with a closed-centre hydraulic system of 113 litres per minute with three full hydraulic couplings. All three of these couplings have flow control, while two can be adjusted to suit whatever function you need. The PLUS is ideal for planting work or any other hydraulic needs.
CLASSIC series
The CLASSIC series T6070 (141 hp/105 kW) and the T6090 (165 hp) are the high specification series with a common rail engine that is equipped with the ‘boosted’ function in certain applications. This engine is now serviced every 600 hours, and not every 300 hours as in the past, which is yet another saving on your maintenance bill. The 18 x 6 Power Command full powershift transmission offers excellent performance and comfort for the operator. The same hydraulic system as the PLUS series also does its job here. Two standard tyre options are available, namely 650/65R38 rear and 540/65R28 front or row crop tyres of 580/70R42 rear and 480/70R30 front.
A full guidance system is already equipped, and all you need is the chosen precision signal to perform all your actions. You also have full access to the FieldOps portal, where you can integrate and store your farm, fleet and data, and it’s free! Several other options are also available, for example, the front three-point hitch with hydraulics and PTO. All models also come with premium tyres. The cabs are spacious and offer excellent visibility.
Warranty and financing options
The 3-year/3 000-hour Service Plus warranty is standard on all T6000 tractors. This can be extended up to six years.
CNH Industrial Capital offers various interest rate subsidy plans on the entire T6000 range, such as prime -7% over 24 months with a 50% deposit or prime -4% over 36 months with a 35% deposit. The 15% VAT on your transaction is also financed, and you can claim it back within three months. This significantly reduces your initial deposit and strengthens your cash flow.
