New Holland’s T6000 tractor series is not new but changes and/or upgrades have been made over time, which brings us to where we are today.
The series consists of 3 levels of technology, namely DELTA, PLUS and CLASSIC, and ranges from 82 to 121 kW.
The DELTA series (82 and 93 kW) is the economical series and is available with ROPS (rollover protection structure) or cab.
This series was upgraded in 2023 with a 16×16 Electro Command transmission. Shifting between gears is made easier by not requiring the use of the clutch pedal. Because this tractor is often used for hauling grain wagons to the silo, this feature leads to less fatigue for the operator. It also saves on maintenance costs.
The PLUS series consists of the T6070 (104 kW) cab tractor and has the same transmission as the DELTA series. Here, however, is the closed-centre hydraulic system of 113 litres per minute with 3 full hydraulic couplings. All 3 have flow control and 2 are adjustable for whatever function you need. Ideal for planting work or any other hydraulic needs.
The CLASSIC series (104 and 121 kW) is the high specification series with the common rail engine that is equipped with the “boosted” function in certain applications. This engine is now serviced every 600 hours, and not every 300 hours as in the past, which is another saving on your maintenance bill.
The 18×6 Power Command full powershift transmission offers excellent performance and comfort for the operator. The same hydraulic system as the PLUS series does its job here too.
Two standard tire options are available, namely 650/65R38 rear and 540/65R28 front or the row crop tyres of 580/70R42 rear and 480/70R30 front.
A full guidance system is already equipped and all you need is the chosen precision signal to perform all your actions. You also have full access to the FieldOps portal where you can integrate and store your farm, fleet and data, and it’s free! Several other options are also available, for example the front three-point hitch with hydraulics and PTO.
All models also come with premium tyres.
The cabs are spacious and offer excellent visibility.
The 2 year / 2000 hour Service Plus warranty is standard on all T6000 tractors. This can be extended from the start or within the first 11 months up to as much as 7 years and 5 000 hours.
CNH Capital financing also offers various interest rate subsidy plans on the entire T6000 range such as, prima -11% over 24 months with 45% deposit or prima -4% over 36 months with 15% deposit.
The 15% VAT on your transaction is also financed, and you can claim it back within 3 months. This significantly reduces your initial deposit and strengthens your cash flow.
