All the best ideas are discussed over a cup of coffee, say the people who know. Drotsky’s people know that customer feedback is worth its weight in gold, and that is why they invite existing, new, and even future customers to stop at their NAMPO stand.

Since Gert Drotsky built the first hammer mill in 1962, the company has only moved forward. They are fully aware that technology in agriculture changes like the seasons, which is why they always stay up to date with the latest developments to provide their customers with the most current information and technology.

In 2024, Drotsky focused on automation. In Durbanville at Groot Phesantekraal, they transformed an existing pellet plant into a fully automated facility. Jaundré Brink from Groot Phesantekraal had already been using pellet machines, but he wanted to expand the facility to become an all-in-one plant.

Drotsky worked for two and a half years to incorporate grain tanks and a hammer mill, among other things. The remarkable thing about the plant is that Jaundré can now make his feed pellets with simply the press of a button. The plant itself measures the ingredients, grinds, mixes, and forms the feed pellets.

Drotsky builds their business on quality, integrity, respect, collaboration, responsibility, safety, and social development. These are values they also apply to their relationships with their customers.

They believe they can learn a lot from their customers about the challenges modern farmers face every day. This is where Drotsky comes in, as their adaptable solutions can help make your farming more efficient and profitable. If you can dream it, they can build it.

Drotsky’s highly skilled team will be at NAMPO Bothaville 2025, and they would love to see you there. Drop by and enjoy a cup of coffee – who knows what ideas might come from it?
