As farming equipment becomes increasingly larger and heavier, it is becoming more important to handle implements efficiently and safely. This is exactly where Agri Afrika’s Legend Caddy proves its value.

This robust implement carrier is designed to make heavy three-point equipment easier to transport and operate, enabling farmers to get the most out of their tractors and implements.

Greater versatility for every tractor

The Legend Caddy makes it possible to use a wide variety of three-point implements behind a tractor without compromising stability or performance. The adjustable drawbar height can easily be adapted to suit different tractor drawbars, while the single-drawbar design allows for simple attachment.

At the rear of the Caddy is a hydraulic connection that makes it easy to attach various three-point implements. This gives farmers the flexibility to use their existing equipment efficiently without having to invest in new implements.

Built for heavy-duty work

The Legend Caddy is not only versatile; it is designed to handle some of the toughest challenges on the farm.

The frame is built to accommodate tractors of up to 600 hp (447 kW), while the unit can lift up to 10 tonnes at the ball points. Each of the four hub units can carry up to 15 tonnes, ensuring excellent stability and durability even when working with large implements.

Smooth operation over uneven terrain

Farming rarely takes place on perfectly level ground. That is why the Legend Caddy is equipped with dual wheels and a parallelogram action that allows any implement to move horizontally up and down.

This design helps the implement follow uneven terrain more effectively, improves traction and stability during transport, and ensures that the implement maintains a consistent working depth. The result is more uniform cultivation and less strain on both the tractor and the implement.

Easy to use

Agri Afrika has also kept user-friendliness in mind. The hydraulic system features two connection points for the Caddy’s wheels and two for the three-point implement, making operation simple.

For even faster attachment, an optional three-point Quick Hitch is available. This allows one person to easily attach and detach the implement, saving time and improving workflow.

Even faster attachment with the Legend Quick Hitch

To make the Legend Caddy even more efficient, Agri Afrika also offers the Legend Quick Hitch as an optional accessory. The Quick Hitch is designed to connect and disconnect three-point implements quickly and safely, saving valuable time when switching between different implements.

Its heavy-duty design is precision welded and finished with a durable powder coating to provide years of reliable service. The Quick Hitch is available for Category 3 Wide and Category 4 Narrow implements, with a reversible lower hook that makes it easy to adapt to different implement types.

For farmers, this means less time in the workshop and more time where it matters most, in the field.

A smart investment for modern farming

The Legend Caddy is more than just an implement carrier; it is a tool that helps farmers make more efficient use of their existing equipment. With its strong frame, impressive lifting capacity, excellent stability, and straightforward operation, it provides a practical solution for farmers looking to increase productivity without compromising reliability.

Together, the Legend Caddy and Legend Quick Hitch form a practical combination that makes implements easier to handle, increases productivity, and helps farmers make better use of every working day.

Like the rest of Agri Afrika’s Legend range, the Legend Caddy is designed to withstand the demands of South African farming conditions and provide farmers with reliable service year after year.
