A unique opportunity awaits investors, farmers, and agricultural entrepreneurs when Venditor Auctioneers hosts a liquidation auction of valuable irrigated farmland and farming equipment just outside Marble Hall, Limpopo, on 19 August 2026.

The auction will feature two irrigated farms, which will be offered separately. Interested buyers may submit online bids on the properties beforehand or attend the auction in person to bid from the venue. From Lot 3 onwards, an extensive range of farming implements and equipment will be auctioned exclusively online.

Why consider this auction?

This auction presents an excellent opportunity for producers and investors to acquire quality irrigated farmland in a well-established agricultural region. The inclusion of water rights through the Loskop Irrigation Board further enhances the farms’ production potential.

“We are excited to bring this opportunity to the market. The combination of established irrigated farmland and quality farming implements makes this auction particularly attractive to producers, investors, and anyone looking to expand their agricultural operations,” says Monique Smit, Director of Venditor Auctioneers.

As this is a liquidation auction, buyers have the opportunity to acquire valuable agricultural properties and equipment through a transparent public auction process.

Interested parties are encouraged to register well in advance, study the complete auction catalogue, and view the properties during the scheduled inspection opportunities.
