The Arlington Farmers’ Day, held on 23 July 2025, showed that not even wet weather can dampen a farmer’s interest in technology.
From the AGCO stable, two impressive tractors represented the group — the Fendt 728 Vario Gen7 and the Fendt 1162 Vario MT. Wimpie Nel from OVK Bethlehem highlighted the exceptional features of each of these models.
The Fendt 728 Vario Gen7 is a 211 kW tractor equipped with DynamicPerformance technology, which delivers additional power when needed — without extra fuel consumption.
The Fendt 1162 Vario MT is the largest tractor in the Fendt range. A tracked tractor that delivers over 500 kW thanks to a MAN 16,2-liter engine.
