The Hoër Volkskool in Potchefstroom reached a special milestone during their recent harvest day on 26 February with the first successful harvest of green maize on the school grounds.
This achievement is the result of hard work, community cooperation, and especially the sustained involvement of Reinke Africa, a partner that is much more than just a sponsor. On 4,5 hectares on the school grounds, a Reinke pivot irrigation system has been installed – an investment that lays the foundation for sustainable production and practical agricultural training.
PW van Aswegen, principal of Hoër Volkskool, says Reinke’s involvement is much more than just support – it is a partnership that delivers tangible results. Watch the video for more information.
