Symphony Nozzle control and Vision technology
One of Cerealis’s key aftermarket offerings is the Symphony Nozzle Control, a PWM-based system that allows for individual nozzle control.
It features turn compensation and soft control to ensure even spray distribution, including around corners. Its integration with vision camera technology makes it stand out.
This system captures images in the field, identifies leaf stages and even specific weeds, and can spray the targeted areas only – whether it’s foliar feeding for maize or selective weed control.
The combination of Symphony and Vision enables precise, targeted application, significantly improving both yield and cost-efficiency.

Weed-It spot spraying
Another innovative solution is the Weed-It spot spraying system, which can be installed on almost any sprayer. This technology detects chlorophyll in plants and only sprays the targeted plant.
With accuracy of up to 25 km/h and a resolution of 1 cm x 1 cm, farmers can even use specialised features like the dash function, which protects crops such as wheat while spraying isolated weeds or unwanted plants only.
This can lead to chemical input savings of between 80 and 95%, making the return on investment extremely attractive for farmers.
Furrow Force – Optimising soil compaction
At the rear of the planter, you’ll find Furrow Force, which functions similarly to the well-known Delta Force. This technology measures the soil at 200 times per second to ensure that the seedling doesn’t experience air pockets or compaction issues.
It promotes optimal root development and helps maize grow healthy and strong, even under challenging soil conditions.

The core function of the Furrow Management system is to reduce waste.
Furrow Management – Precision in liquid application
Robert Baines, Business Manager at Furrow Management Systems Australia, explains that their product – imported by Cerealis – is specifically designed for in-row application of liquid fertiliser and nutrients during planting.
The system’s key function is to prevent waste by using non-drip valves. This means that when you stop at the end of a row and turn off the application, no liquid drips from the pipe – the last drop remains inside, ready for the next row.
This technology is especially useful with larger folding planters, as it prevents spillage and ensures that every drop reaches the plant. The system works on both large and small seed planters, as well as row planters used for liquid fertiliser or nutrients, contributing to increased accuracy, cost savings, and optimal yield.
