Petmar’s origin
Peet Jacobs, a farm boy from the Free State’s Edenburg district, created cost-effective livestock equipment for farmers as a solution to the problem of a lack of farm workers in the 1990s. These goods were produced under the brand name PETMAR, which is an anagram of his and his only son’s baptismal names’ first three letters.“Petmar is not just a brand, but a legacy,” claims Petri Jacobs.
