A transformative chapter in the retail industry in Central South Africa, begins today with the official launch of the Peritum Retail Academy, a dynamic new faculty in the ever-pioneering Peritum Agri Institute. This faculty offers programmes designed to equip current and aspiring retail professionals with the skills, insights, and innovation needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

More significant is that the faculty also accommodates a unit specifically aimed at retail businesses in the agricultural industry, a first of its kind Retail Academy for Agriculture!

The Retail Academy will offer immersive training programs focused on customer experience, digital transformation, merchandising, store operations, retail finance management, marketing and promotions, stakeholder management, management, leadership, and entrepreneurship. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, the Retail Excellence Academy aims to bridge the gap between education and industry needs.
