The big tractor range of New Holland contains three series. The T9-, Genesis® T8- and T7 HD series are all fitted with the PLM Intelligence™ system (Precision Land Management System with Intelligence).
The T7 HD range is the latest addition to this big segment and has the latest Stage V technology of New Holland. One of these models, the T7.315 HD tractor, uses the ECOBlue™ HI-eSCR 2 (selective catalytic reduction) system to reduce exhaust gases. This innovative after-treatment system is a maintenance-free solution that keeps operating costs low.
The Auto Command™ continuously variable transmission (CVT) contributes to the efficient operation with the many other standard benefits such as cab and front suspension, LED lights, high hydraulic flow, high lift capacity and the Blue Power paint and design package.
It is also equipped with PLM Intelligence™, which include the IntelliView™ 12 screen and SideWinder™ Ultra command arm. This IntelliView™ 12 display offers quick configuration and advanced features such as customized layout options for each individual task and operator, 3D maps, touchscreen navigation and seamless integration with precision-accurate signals. The design is therefore like the T8 and T9 tractor series, which facilitates the operator’s work because it is uniform.
Telematics is standard with the automatic steering system, and the signal is optional.
The Genesis® T8 Series is designed to meet the general needs of the farmer. There is ample power from engines delivering 250 to 400 horsepower (185 to 295 kW), fully synchronised Ultra Command™ Powershift or the Auto Command™ CVT transmissions to transfer this power to the heavy-duty axles, robust three-point linkages and drawbars.
All of this contribute to optimum performance during soil preparation operations. The 328 litre/min mega-flow hydraulic pump ensures long-lasting operation of any implement or planter.
These units were also the first tractors on the market to fully integrate the advanced PLM Intelligence platform. This system helps the steering systems so that work can be done on the same track year after year. Special applications are also controlled by this system as mentioned at the T7 HD above.
The same Telematics incorporated system and control make visibility of your fleet easier than before. Together with the FieldOps database system, you have full control over your farm and fleet. The FieldOps system is free and you can incorporate all your equipment into it.
There are also two models in the range fitted with the well-known rear SmartTrax systems. These tracks give you a better footprint, flotation and traction ability in sandy soil or wet conditions.
The T9 Series with PLM Intelligence tractors showcase the best of New Holland’s power (302 to 447 kW), comfort, efficiency, and versatility. With PLM Intelligence connected features integrated into the tractor, as with the units above, the T9 Series tractor is the most advanced and powerful four-wheel drive tractor New Holland has ever offered.
