Orchard sprayers with a difference

TimAgri’s orchard sprayers are equipped with a unique inclined deflector. Due to the design of the deflector, air is sucked in at an angle to ensure that leaves don’t accumulate on your grid.

The concave air movement that is caused by the deflector helps with better bedecking of your harvest and doesn’t suck up soil that can damage fruit. These sprayers are available in 1 600 and 2 000 litre sizes and is available with a 91 centimetre (36 inch) deflector or comes in a tower option with a standard deflector.

Technology that matters

At TimAgri they work smarter – not harder. Their Nova control systems are produced by TIMDIGATIL, which is unique to TimAgri .

The automatic Nova systems toepas koersbeheer for you sprayers; in other words the spraying ability of your sprayer is adapted to the speed at which your tractor drives. Therefore, you always get egalige toediening in your field or orchard.

“So if you drive faster or slower, your litres per hectare should remain unchanged, thus you always spray accurately,” Dries says proudly. 

The Nova system that’s installed in your cabin, is produced in various options, namely die Nova 100, Nova 110 and the Nova 200.

Die Nova 100 is vir boom sprayers’ variable rate application function (rate control), while the Nova 110 is used for orchard and vineyard sprayers’ variable rate application function (rate control). Important data such as application amounts, speed, pressure, flow and the area that’s already been sprayed is also shown by the Nova 100 and Nova 110

“With the Nova you can also see whether you missed any rows,” says Dries.

The big brother in the Nova series is the Nova 200 that is equipped with automatic selection control to prevent that areas are missed or double sprayed. The Nova 200 has a pump system that ensures that your area is sprayed smoothly baan vir baan. This saves you time and money.

A tower for precise application

The TimAgri TOS 2000 tower sprayer is also equipped with a deflector to ensure clean air, less aanpaksels and good circulation.

“The tower is designed for trees that you want to spray more teikengerig and not just from below like gewone standard deflectors. This gives you a much smoother application than the standard deflectors and it works very well on opgeleide systems,” reckons Dries.

Sprayers made for your needs

In TimAgri ’s boom sprayers’ series they have 600 litre, 800 litre, 1 000 litre, 1 200 and 2 000 litre sizes. They also offer the 3,500-litre trailed sprayer, which is their flagship sprayer

The boom sprayers are available in various lengths, with the 12 m entry level, semi-hydraulic booms that are only lifted hydraulically, to 16 m booms.

“We also have full hydraulic booms that lift hydraulically en can open and shut hydraulically,” says Dries. All these sprayers are also equipped with the Nova 100 system.

The TimAgri TFS 3500 trailed sprayer is available in 24 m, 27 m and 30 m and is equipped with the Nova 200. You can choose which of the Magnojet vectors you want to attach to your sprayer.

Sprayer points that last

TimAgri does not only supply the sprayer you need; they also have a wide range of spraying points that are manufactured by Magnojet.

Dries explains that the Magnojet spraying points are manufactured from ceramic, which means they don’t slyt easily. Therefore, your spraying patterns and drop size stay the same for a very long time.
